Happy Halloween!

We didn't have any kids Trick or Treating at our house today, so Orazio didn't have the full Halloween experience. I'm sure he will begin his own trek for candy in a year or two. Orazio did get all dressed up for the big day. He even wore his outfit to daycare.

Orazio Loves San Fransisco!

Hello all! I had such a great time in fabulous San Fransisco! I got to meet my Great Great Grandma McCabe, my Godfather Uncle Sean, my Uncle Charlie, my new cousin JT, and many many other relatives! The wedding was so beautiful and the weather was great! I had such a great time! I hope to be back to California soon! Thanks for a great trip! I hope you like the picutres! Love Orazio

Kings

Orazio's Uncle requested a photo of him sporting a few more California teams. So, here is to the Kings - with the hope that they make the playoffs. I don't think Orazio's Uncle can take another disappointing year of basketball.

Orazio is a very happy child. This picture was taken the same day as his doctor appointment (shots included) and he was running a slight fever. Nothing like smiling through everything. Have a great week.

Let It Snow

So today was the first snow of the season. Orazio enjoyed looking at the snow from inside the house, but wasn't too happy when I took him outside. Probably because he was still mad at me for making him wear all those clothes. He fought the gloves so much that he ended up wearing socks on his hands instead of the gloves. This picture is on the snowboard bench on our back patio. We don't have a ton of snow yet, but it is still coming down - and it is only October.

Getting Ready For Halloween

As we approach the end of the month, I decided that it was time for Orazio to get into the Halloween spirit. As you can see by the jams, he has ghosts and pumpkins on the brain. As for the questions regarding Orazio's football loyalty this weekend, you can see which color he will be wearing. Enjoy your weekend.

Hello NY!

So, we officially made it through the first weekend without extra help. It was a chilly and rainy weekend here, so we really didn't do too much. Orazio was introduced to watching football today. His first game was the Bengals and Chiefs. I'm not sure who he was rooting for, but he liked the colors. I know all the Mets fans will hate Orazio's Giants shirt, but he can be a fan for teams on both coasts. I'm not sure if you can tell, but Orazio is watching his fish friends in that photo. He LOVES that thing! Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Orazio and I successfully made it through our first week of daycare and work. Orazio is as happy as ever and gaining more control over his head. I think he will become a Bumbo boy in another week or so. For now, he likes to hang out in his chair or on the mat and look at his animal friends.

No Blanket

Today was Orazio's first day at day care. He had a great day playing with the other little boy. He even ended the day showing off some of some of his Mets attire. He seems to be adding a few more sounds to his vocabulary and keeps on smiling.

So we are still perfecting the movie blogging and we picked up a new camera last night, so please bear with us.

Orazio loves his jungle gym. Sarah snapped this awesome picture this morning. He is very intersted in his own reflection, I think he gets that from me... But, he is doing great and sleeping longer and longer.

Coo Coo for Formula

Sarah started work yesterday. Thankfully it is not nearly as stressful or demanding as before she had Orazio. Everything is going well and it should only get easier.

Orazio has definitely started to realize he can make more sounds than just crying. This morning he was cooing while looking right at me. So, before he started crying, I whipped out a bottle and he sucked down 4 oz. in no time flat.

Now he as the hiccups, but he definitely likes to OOOO and aaaaa more.

Sarah has off Monday and Tuesday for Columbus day. It will be a nice transition to the rest of the week.

Ok, so Sarah, Orazio and I decided that we should do one of these blogs. Now, if it lasts longer than a week... that is another story. But, we will try to update this page often and keep everyone posted on the growth of our son, and more importantly, our family!
