1/2 Birthday

Grandma headed back to NY yesterday, but before she left, we got Orazio a cake for his Half Birthday. He couldn't eat any of it, but he liked the colors and playing with the frosting.

More Than Just A Photo Shoot

We did more today than just take pictures - we went out to lunch. Here are a few more pictures from today's adventure.

Hanging with Grandma

Grandma came to town this week, and Orazio has had a great time hanging out and playing new games with her. Orazio also got a letter from Grandma and Grandpa T. As you can see, mail also ends up in his mouth. Here are a few pictures. Don't worry, there will be more after this weekend.

Weekend Fun

I've been a little lazy about putting up pictures. These are all from last weekend. Orazio had a great time helping with laundry, and playing with his toys.
For all those Mets fans out there, Orazio is playing with Lou Seal - he could be a Giants fan.

Sarah's World?

Well, Sarah sent me some pictures today. As she said, "Maybe we should have given O an Irish name." Take a look for yourself... I still think Orazio is a winner. But at least we have some proof that he is Sarah's. Either way, I love them both.

The second picture really shows he is our kid. Enjoy!

New Toys

Cousin Tom and Kristen gave Orazio this gift months before Orazio made his appearance into this world. I finally put all the pieces together, and Orazio has a new favorite toy. It didn’t take him long to figure out that the seat rotates, he can jump, and the book makes noise when you turn the page. I’m sure that the next step is to figure out that the phone rings when you push the button.

Eating Peas

As you can see, Orazio is now eating peas. Up until this week, the only “solid” food he had was cereal. I learned one important fact this week – my two hands are nowhere near enough to hold Orazio, feed him green, mushy food, and make sure the cup didn’t end up on the floor or the food sprayed all over myself or the house. He finally graduated to the highchair. Here are some before and after pictures.

Spring Training

To honor the start of Spring Training, Orazio put on his favorite hat and started playing with the oversized baseball. Hopefully this year will turn out better than the last!

Dropping Stuff

Orazio and I have had a great weekend. We have been playing the drop and pick up game. He drops stuff and I pick it up. As you can see by these pictures, that can be a very tiring game. Oraazio is still very happy and growing each day. He enjoyed his new Giants outfit and looks good in red.

Piano Man

Orazio loves all his Christmas gifts. He even uses his little piano to play a short song for you.

For Dad

Dad hasn't had the best timing to see Little O roll over. So, Orazio finally rolled over slow enough for me to catch it on film. Here's to rolling over on camera. So,

Little Giants Fan

So, Dad and Grandma got together and sent Orazio a Giants outfit before the big game. Unfortunately, various mail delays made sure the outfit was here in time for Monday Night Football. So, the pictures of Orazio's first football Giants outfit are soon to follow. Orazio enjoyed his first Super Bowl. He slept through the first and fourth quarter and started crying after the game. Ok, he was crying because my phone was ringing, but it sounds better the other way. The pictures of Orazio on the mat are from the night of the Super Bowl. He was happy and smiling during the whole game. The last picture is Orazio's new toy. He loved the one at daycare so much that I had to get him his own. His feet don't touch the ground quite yet, but the baby gate is in place for that day when he finally scoots himself around. Oh yeah, he finds power tools funny. That must come from Grandpa Ralph.
