Happy Halloween

Ozzi Wan Kenobi got the hang of this whole "knock on someone's door and get candy" thing pretty quick. After trying to enter the first house we went to, then almost getting knocked over by a door on the second, the third and subsequent attempts were successful. The real trick now is getting him to let go of the pumpkin bucket. C3-Xavier had a great time just watching his brother. I think he was just happy to be out of the house. Momma Princess and Daddy Solo had fun. Party tonight! Enjoy!

Pumpkin Carving

A time honored tradition of carving up the pumpkins the night before Halloween. Orazio had a great time with Dad and Grandpa Ralph. The seeds are in the oven and we have some wonderful Jack-O-Lanterns! Enjoy!

Double O Fun

Orazio met up with his pal Olivia the other day while taking a walk. There was that slight confusion. Olivia didnt want to let go of the football, but was eyeing Orazios trains, and Orazio really wanted the football, but wouldnt give up the trains. Still, cutie pie pictures all around. Enjoy!

Halloween's Coming!

Alright X and O fans, Halloween is coming and Orazio has one thing on his mind: pumpkins. He points them out... all of them. Everywhere. Still, it is awesome. He knows the difference between a pumpkin and a jack-o-lantern. (the face silly) Xavier is a happy kid and is growing like a weed. Our costumes are on the way and the pics will follow shortly, we have a mother father, sons theme this year! Lets see if you can figure it out in a few days!

Pumpkin Picking

So, it is that time of year again. The whole family headed to the local pumpkin patch for a bit of pumpkin picking fun. Orazio had a great time figuring out exactly which pumpkin he wanted to bring home. The only rule was that he had to be able to carry the pumpkin to the stroller. Needless to say, he couldn't lift the 25lb pumpkin that he really had his eye on.

Xavier is getting around better and better. Right now he likes to make a break for any open door. His favorite places to hang out are the laundry room and pantry - I have no idea why, but those are REALLY fun places. Orazio is obsessed with Thomas. A minimum of two trains go everywhere with us.

Wedding Pictures, Part II

Here are some pictures of the extended family at the wedding. We snuck out and took some family shots as the sun was going down. The golf course made for a little extra fun once we were done

with our "official" duties.

I'm sad to say that I really don't have any pictures of the bride and groom. This is the only shot that I have.

The Trip To CA

Here is the first installment of pictures from our trip to CA. It was a whirlwind trip. We flew NY to CA, had a great time Uncle Sean and Aunt Jen's wedding and flew CA to NY within 72 hours. Xavier met Great-Grandma M. He wasn't so sure that Mom needed to be that far away for the picture. I was hoping to get one of him smiling while sitting on Great-Grandma's lap, but I wasn't quick enough with the photos. Hopefully next time.

Long Time - No Post

So, X & O have been running around the country. We packed up the fam and headed to CA for Uncle Sean and Aunt Jen's wedding. O was suppose to walk the ring down, but he was a little scared and ended up in Mom's arms in tears. 30 minutes later he was great - just in time for pictures and the party. Here are some pictures from prior to the wedding. (like the days before we left). There are more pictures to come, I just have to find which camera they are on.

Beach Day

Here are some photos from our latest family day at the beach. Orazio dug and Xavier slept. It was a bit on the COLD side, but the sun eventually made an entrance. It didn't phase Orazio. If you say "beach", he is out the door.

Thomas the Train

Xavier doesn't have much of a problem falling asleep anywhere. He likes to ride around in the backpack as Mom does little things like laundry and cook. Here is a picture from last weekend when all those chores got to him and he needed a little break.

For those that haven't seen the little wood trains in other pictures, here is a BIG reminder of Orazio's favorite toy - at least for the next week or so. He even picked out a train shirt to wear on special ocasions.

X's Photo Shoot

Xavier hasn't had too many entries on the blog dedicated to just him.....so here are a few pictures of the happy, smiling boy. Xavier is constantly on the move. He crawls and motors his way around pretty good these days. The big surprise was his ability to pull himself up and stand in his crib and hold on to furniture. We have to watch him like a hawk. The good old days of having a mat on the floor and watching him pick his head up without much worries are long gone!
